WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUTH

Excellent English language skills (if you don't have these we're just not a good fit so be honest; we'll find out if you're not!) Excellent eye for detail (if you're find yourself correcting mistakes in every printed word, we're looking for you!) Good keyboarding/Internet/MS Office skills (if you're good with research and in the habit of 'looking up things on the Internet' when in doubt and not stopping till you find it then you'll want to work with us!) Good work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness and teachability are obvious and a must so we won't mention these - coming to think of it, we just did! So you might want to check on these too.
